Welcome to Fewd I Like!
Why Fewd? Because Fewd is sick! Or that’s what my niece would say. It’s really just a play on my California roots. Yes, some people really say “fewd” there.
In these pages you will find my fewd blog. I am a culinary student studying Pâtisserie and Baking (dessert and bread for the layman). Funny things happen at school sometimes, plus I learn stuff. I share some of the things I learn, but not everything. I’m still paying for my education, so I’m not giving away all my secrets. I try to include photos whenever relevant.
There is also a list of suggested reading, both narrative and instructional material, and some cookbooks I like.
I decided to add a links page because there are so many wonderful things on the Internet that people should know about.
I decided I would also add a list of equipment/gadgets/service pieces, etc. that I use and my rating of those products and where I got them. I won’t put exact prices, because prices change and I don’t keep all of my receipts.
I decided to put up a short biography in case anyone was interested. I toyed with the idea of posting my resume here, but decided that I would prefer people ask me directly for it. It gives me a chance to thank you personally for your interest.
Finally, there is a list of people in the industry that I admire and why.
